Our 2018 Spring conference will be held at the Kellogg Center at Michigan State University. Rooms are available at a reduced rate through February 2nd, please mention the MBA conference for the conference rate.
We are pleased to offer 2 sessions of the Honey Connoisseur Class by Marina Marchese!!! This class is for the honey enthusiast looking to improve their knowledge of honey and tasting skills. Marina Marchese, the designer and beekeeper behind the iconic brand Red Bee Honey, and the author of Honeybee: Lessons from An Accidental Beekeeper and the co-author with Kim Flottum (editor of Bee Culture Magazine) of The Honey Connoisseur: Selecting, Tasting, and Pairing Honey. She is a Member of the Italian Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey and founder of The American Honey Tasting Society.
