Do you like to fish? Interested in spending some time fishing with your family and friends? Join us for Youth Fishing Night on July 13th from 5:00-8:00pm at Haithco Park in Saginaw.
The FREE evening will start with community partners sharing their passion and resources for fishing! You will then choose from a variety of activity stations to attend.
We will wrap the event with time to fish! All bait will be provided.
You may bring your own fishing poles, or we will have some that you can borrow.
Activity topics include:
Making fly tying pins
Fly casting practice
Make your own fishing tackle
Boat washing demonstration and invasive species ID
water quality demonstration
Fishing time! – All bait provided.
Friends and family members are encouraged to attend with their 4-H member.
Register:
One 4-H member (ages 5-19) must register for the event and friends and family members attending do NOT need to register.
CURRENT 4-H Members:
Log into your account at https://v2.4honline.com/#/user/sign-in.
SCROLL DOWN to the “Youth Fishing Night” at the bottom of the screen.
Click on blue registration tab to start registration.
NEW 4-H Members:
Create a family profile at https://v2.4honline.com/#/user/sign-in
Select the “County Name – General 4-H Experience”.
Once your 4-H membership is approved (you will receive email notification), log back into your family account at https://v2.4honline.com/#/user/sign-in
