The discussion will feature the identification, biology, and ecology of our native cone bearing plants. There will be a general introduction to conifers, then we will focus on the 13 native species. Afterward, the group is welcome to join Robert for a tour of the notable conifers gracing the arboretum of Hidden Lake Gardens.
