See what's buzzing at Ford House this summer as we celebrate butterflies, bats, bees and pollinators of every kind!
At Pollinator Palooza, you can learn about gardening for hummingbirds from Wild Birds Unlimited of Grosse Pointe Woods, mix and mingle with live butterflies in our butterfly house and learn about Monarch migrations, take a peek into a living bee hive and learn what makes them buzz from the experts at Greentoe Gardens, and check out three types of live bats from the Organization for Bat Conservation.
Plus there will be hands-on activities, like building a bee hotel, making "seed bombs", and making paper pot seedlings to encourage pollination at home.
