2018 Leadership Conference Registration

Please fill out the form below to register for the 2018 Leadership Conference on May 5th at the Isabella Commission on Aging. Your association must be current in all fees and dues to be eligible to attend the conference. This includes the Annual Affiliation Fee and Chapter Member Dues. The deadline for registration is April 27, 2018. If you prefer a paper form, please click here.

The cost for the conference is $15, payable by check before the conference, or by cash, check or credit card at registration the day of the conference. 

Each association is guaranteed three seats for the conference. If you would like to bring additional members please contact Colleen Petersen (treasurer@mmgainc.org) for availability.
